Pleven
Located in central northern Bulgaria is the province of Pleven which covers an area of 4,333.54 km2 and has a population over 300,000. It borders Romania, the Danuve river and the provinces of Lovech, Vratsa and Veliko Tarnova
The climate is temperate continental and winters can be very cold (-5*C) and the summers can be very hot (35*C-44*C).
