Sign Notary Act
To complete the bulgarian property purchase you need to sign the final legal contract in front of a Bulgarian Notary Public. For this purpose the following fees should be paid that are formed on the basis of the selling price:
- fee for the tax service which amounts up to 2% of the property price
- fee for a notary
