Magic Dreams
The resort complex consists of three separate low rise buildings. Two spacious swimming pools, both with childrens sections. Magic Dreams has a good location and offers most of the apartments a magnificent sea view and some of them face both the pool and the sea. There are 320 apartments (studios, 1 and 2 bedroom) available at the complex, as well as 8 shops. There will be sport, relaxation, entertainment, Spa lobby bar, pool bar, restaurant, childrens animation room. internet hall, shopping facilities, laundry, 24 hrs security and maintenance, private access, garden areas and parking lot.
Payment Plan
- 1000 euro reservation fee
- 50% in 1 month from the date of the reservation
- 50% on completion
To reserve an apartment at Magic Dreams Residential Complex requires a non-refundable booking deposit of 1000 euros (deductable from the first installment) payable within 7 days from the date of reservation.
Property Maintenance fee: 8 Euros per sqm (incl. VAT): Property management: available
Prices start from 35,8300 euro - a full price list is available upon request.
All the apartments are luxuriously fitted with:
- Air conditioning in every apartment has a split system for winter and summer
