Kyustendil
Kyustendil is located in the west of Bulgaria and it borders upon the regions of Blagoevgrad, Pernik and Sofia. A nice area of Bulgaria the area has valleys, canyons, rivers and mountains. Kyustendil is the capital of the province of Kyustendil and it is a traditional market city that sells agricultural produce. The city of Kyustendil was ruled by the Turks until 1878, when it became part of Bulgaria.
The climate in the region of Kyustnedil is mainly trans-continental and is mountainous at higher altitudes. The Rila National Park is located in the region of Kyustendil and the area is hoping to develop tourism in the area and attract mountain toursists who will also enjoy the opportunities to go fishing and hunting. Located close to capital city of Bulgaria, which is Sofia there are already good tranpsort links.
