This hotel is located in the well developed holiday village of Chernomorec which is a well known family resort. It is just 100 meters away from the beach and most of the rooms overlook the sea. The hotel is furnished and all the furniture is included in the asking price.
The hotel has four floors and comprises of 11 rooms sleeping 33 people. All the rooms are equipped with TV, fridges and air conditioners. The hotel is built on corner plot of 330 sq.m. and have total built up area of 400 sq.m. There is a old two storey house sold together with the hotel ( it is located in the same plot, next to the hotel) which can be converted into restaurant or something else.
The holiday village of Chernomorec is situated in a beautiful bay between Bourgas and Sozopol (9km) and offers quick and easy access to both towns for entertainment and nightlife.
The village is a well-known resort visited by many holidaymakers. There is an old church, lots of small and medium-sized hotels and private lodgings. The rocky coastline of beach of Chernomoretz provides secluded spots for swimming, sun bathing and fishing. One admirable local trait is the abundance of shrubbery and flowers attached to most houses, restaurants and cafes. One of the finest beaches in the region is just south of town at the Gradina campground.
Chernomorec provides a variety of local amenities and entertainment places and is less than 7 minutes drive from the ancient beauty of Sozopol - a coastal town which is a popular tourist destination and a well known resort. It is also close to one of the biggest national reserve areas in Bulgaria - Strandja Mountain and its natural beauties. The second biggest city on the south coast - Burgas and its modern international airport is 24 km away.
